What are
Veneers?
Dental veneers are wafer-thin, custom-made shells of tooth-colored materials designed to cover the front surface of the teeth to improve the individual appearance and design the perfect smile.
There are two main types of material used to fabricate a veneer: composite and dental porcelain.
A Composite Veneer may be directly placed in the mouth (single sitting), or indirectly fabricated by a dental technician in a dental lab, and later bonded to the tooth.
In contrast, a porcelain veneer may only be indirectly fabricated.
