Dear Friends,

I am sure you all had a great time during Diwali holidays and you must have remembered to gargle after eating all of those yummy sweets!

This month we have written an informative blog post about Flouride. Did you know that Fluoride is a natural mineral found throughout the earth’s crust and widely distributed in nature? Some food products and water supplies contain fluoride. Fluoride is often added to drinking water to help reduce tooth decay. Researchers found that people who grew up drinking naturally fluoridated water had up to two-thirds fewer cavities than people living in areas without fluoridated water. At 32 Smiles we are constantly innovating and adapting newer technology and research, so that dental treatment can become more effective with every step.

I wish you a very Happy December and Merry Christmas in advance
