Wishing you most and more. November is the eleventh month of the year and is full of many Indian festivals especially Diwali.
Diwali is the Festival of Lights, it is one of the most eagerly awaited and widely celebrated Indian festivals.
This is the beginning of the festive season and I thought of sharing a few dental tips so as to ensure you fully enjoy this time of the year without having to worry on your dental health. 1. Enjoy your sweets, but just ensure to brush twice a day, in the morning and at bedtime. Make it a habit to floss as well 2. Avoid sweets just before bedtime. 3. During this festival, if you cannot brush, have a glass of water after eating sweets.
Wish you all a very Happy and Safe Diwali.
